WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY OPTIOIN?
We are delivering our products with home delivery to your hand. For Thailand, we cooperate with EMS Japan, and in the case of Singapore, we cooperate with Shopee SLS Service from Shopee Japan.
IS SHIPPING FEE F.O.C?
it depends on a case by case. As we are delivering directly from Japan, we are bearing the expense from Japan to related countries but from related country's custom to your home. Delivery fees differ according to location. In the case of Singapore, the price per order must be at least SGD 40, and in the case of Thailand must be at least THB 300.
DO YOU BEAR CUSTOM DUTY EXPENSES?
Regarding Japan custom law, we do not have to bear export customs. But related with import custom duty, it depends on country per country. If the import custom has been charged, yes, it has to be the customer's duty, and sadly we do not bear the import customs duty expense from the related country's side.
